The UNIRAJ BSc eligibility criteria differs slightly based on choice of specialisation. For BSc in Botany/Chemistry/Physics/Zoology, students must have passed Class 12 with Science subjects and must have secured a minimum of 50% in aggregate. For BSc in Home Science, candidates who passed Class 12 in any stream (Science, Arts, Commerce) with a minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible to apply.

The duration of this programme ranges from three to four years, depending on the year students wish to exit the programme. In order to get admission, students must submit a valid Class 12 score.
