Yes, Here are few colleges which I will suggest you to study B.Sc Computer Science for 1 year before moving to Germany for a Bachelor's degree in Banglore :

Since you are applying for German universities, Mostly German Universities do no except transfer of credits from most of the colleges so first you have to check for that . For the time being

1) IISc Banglore is the only college where German Universities accept the transfer of credits .

But there should be no entrance exam so there are no colleges in Banglore where you can pursue B.Sc one year and then move to Germany.

Nonetheless, eligibility for admission to BSc Anesthesia Technology requires the completion of higher secondary or pre-university education in a curriculum with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology required. For BSc courses, 95 seats are available, with the selection being based on KCET, CBSE 12th, ISC, and Karnataka 2nd PUC performances ².

The average course fee ranges from INR 1-2 lakh. The cost of a BSc in Animation degree is heavily dependent on the university you attend. Government universities will almost definitely charge lower tuition than private colleges. Because government colleges are managed by government officials. Private colleges, on the other hand, are run by profit corporations.
