No, it is not possible to progress directly from 1st year B.Sc IT to 2nd year B.Tech CSE. Mostly, students have to appear for entrance exams to enroll in B.Tech program.
However, some universities do provide an option for B.Sc (CS/IT) graduates seeking lateral entry into the 2nd year B.Tech CSE program. Look further into various research universities that implement this type of enrollment for this option.

PIHMCT Pondicherry is best for Bsc in Hospitality and Hotel administration and this university is having a good placement record. The placement percentage is upto 95%.
