Yes it is, There are various factors on which it depends
- Cutoff of BSc Biology starts decreasing from cutoff to cutoff and chances are you may get it through the last cutoff or previous ones
- If you have a quota then chances are high like sports quota, SC/ST/OBC quota, etc.
- After a 2–3 cutoff, most preferred college cutoff always goes down so many students withdraw their admission from their current college hence they had to entertain students from the current cutoff which is slightly less than the first one ex.there are 100 seats in college and first cutoff is 92 then after 3–4 cutoff, it may come down to 88,87 if someon
