On the basis of the applicant's merit at the All India level, admission will be granted. The written objective test will be administered by the institute in February or March of each year. Interview calls for the shortlisted candidates will be made. The creation of a merit list will be based on the interview and medical fitness. The candidate must have earned a 10+2 Diploma and a three-year GNM (General Nursing Midwifery) Diploma. The candidate should have two years of professional experience. Male nurses who have not obtained a GNM Diploma are required to take a 6- to 9-month course that has been approved by INC in place of midwifery.

On June 12, 23 KCET 2023 results will be released, and no information is available on the B.Sc. sports cutoff, although the overall cutoff for the KCET is 723 - 21986 rank in 2022.
