Yes, you have to pass an entrance test. Some entrance exams are conducted by NTA through CUET-PG and Some entrance exams are being conducted by JMI itself. Check their official website for more details.

Fees varies from college to college. Usually, it varies from 10000-25000 per year in government nursing colleges.

No for B.Sc. you have to start again from 1st year. There is no option of starting from 2nd year. B.Sc. And B.Tech both are different course with different curriculum and different syllabus.
