The students get selected on the basis of BVP CET along with the minimum percentage in class 12th which is 45%. The percentile is subjective to availability and cut offs for every year. Yes, the entrance exam for B.Sc (Post-Basic) Nursing and B.Sc (Hons. ) nursing is held separately. Both the exams are generally conducted in a single day and in a single slot window. Previously, AIIMS BSc (Post-Basic) Nursing was scheduled to be conducted on June 27, 2021, and the BSc Nursing (Hons.) exam was held on December 28, 2021.
For new session, the AIIMS Bsc Nursing (hons.) and AIIMS Bsc Nursing (post-basic) exam will be conducted on June 8, 2024 and June 22, 2024 respectively in online mode at designated test centres in India.

Bodoland university offers B.Sc. in specialisation in 8 departments Biotechnology, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Science & Technology, Geography, Mathematical Science, Physics, Zoology
whereas SMIT offer B.Sc. in 7 specializations as Computer Science, Chemistry (Hons.), Mathematics, Physics, Physical Education & Sports, Economics, Clinical Psychology.

The Candidates must clear the National council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) cutoff process inorder to get admissions at the institute of Hotel Management, shimla.
