No you cannot get admission this year because almost every university is taking their mid term examination. But rarely it can be possible. Fee structure depends on college.

The best college for B.Sc. Mathematics / B.A. With the cheapest fees:-
1. Fergusson college Pune 11k for one year
2. St xavier's college Mumbai 8k for one year
But I would suggest taking admission in DU or BHU or any other university by CUET because
All government college has almost low fee or you can say less than 20k.
