For seeking admission to this course candidates must have completed their intermediate course with Chemistry Physics and Biology as optional subject or intermediate vocational nursing examination of the state of Andhra Pradesh. Admission is offered only to women students and they should have secured not less than 50% of marks in the qualifying examination. In addition, candidates should have completed 17 years of age and should not be more than 35 years as on the end of December in the year in which admission is sought. The upper age relaxation of three years is applicable for SC/ST candidates.

As per the eligibility criteria of DBU for BAMS programme. Candidate should passed 10+2 with PCB group. So you are not eligible for BAMS admission in DBU.

That totally depends on what you wanna do after graduation. I mean if you want to work for a company as a developer then you should opt for BCA but if you want to be a professor then B.Sc. Is a good option for you. It doesn't mean that you cannot work for any company after B.Sc. But you have to work harder than others. The reason why I am telling you is that in B.Sc.
