There's no best specialisation in MBA. All are good and have great opportunities. My suggestion always is to choose a field which you like. MBA in Finance, Marketing and HR are very lucrative fields of specialisation. All these branches of MBA offer opportunities in various sectors and with exciting job opportunities. There is no specific reference for the exact cutoff marks. Normally universities decide the cut off marks based on the number of application, number of candidate appeard, number of students qualified and total number of seats available.

Yes, your eligible for B.Sc. Physics. You can get Physics as one of the subjects, it's a part of B.Sc. I mean to say, you can get a Physics degree with a combination of Maths computers, etc. Like B.Sc. MPCs, MPE, MPC, ZPC, etc. I think this is useful to you, have a nice day.
