Your final Class 12 marks and mathematics scores are key criteria. University admission is merit-based; no separate entrance exam is required. Ensure your Class 12 board certificate, subject combination, and marks transcript are submitted during admission. Early application is recommended since PDPU programmes can close early based on seat availability and demand.

PGIMER Chandigarh conducts its own entrance examination for admission to B.Sc. Nursing, and the cutoff varies annually based on exam difficulty, number of applicants, and category-wise seats. Typically, for the general category, scoring around fifty to sixty percent in the entrance test gives a good chance, while reserved category candidates may have lower cutoffs. The official merit list is published on the PGIMER website after the entrance exam results are announced. It's advisable to check the previous year's cutoffs and prepare with PGIMER's sample papers for better clarity and readiness.
