Initially it all depends from Institute to institute/ job location and hospital where candidate exudes an interest. Generally, fresh B.Sc. While new nursing graduates will be getting packages starting from 2.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA With experience, this pay can raise quite substantially and with additional certifications. National Highways, Urban cities and campus placement by big institutions the payment package may go higher. There are also better packages to be had in the future when getting a job after further studies/specialization into particular fields of nursing.
