To be eligible for the B.Sc. programme at the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition in Srinagar, candidates must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. Additionally, English must have been studied as a compulsory subject during their 10+2 education. Candidates should also be below the age of 25 years at the time of admission. Admission is based on the score obtained in the NCHMCT JEE entrance exam.

To join you must have to clear the NCHMCT JEE exam for B.Sc without it you are not eligible to get admission into the IHM Gangtok. However there is an option for direct admission based on residual seats.
