If you have 55 percent, you are eligible to get admission to any central university in India, not only at University Shahpura. 

55% is the minimum criteria for any Institute in India: IITs, IISC, or central university. This is for unreserved and category. If you belong to the SC and ST category, then minimum criteria is 50%.

No, CUET is not compulsory, but B.Sc. To get admitted to the B.Sc. in Zoology course at PUC, applicants must meet the entry requirements—50.0% in class 12th. The total tuition fee for a PUC B.Sc. in Zoology is INR 38,100. Apart from the tuition fee, students are required to pay a hostel fee of INR 92,500.

Second, is Deshbandhu College, Delhi University where the cutoff for admittance ranges 60–85%. No, B.Sc. Zoology is not available at Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science (SRCAS) in Coimbatore, India: 

Courses offered at SRCAS: SRCAS offers a B.Sc. in Catering Science, Biotechnology, Electronics & Communication Systems, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. 

Other courses at SRCAS: SRCAS also offers a B.Com., MBA, BBA, BCA, M.Sc., and M.Com. 

SRCAS is a co-educational arts and Science college.
