The required documents during the B.E. / B.Tech application process at Rao Pahlad Singh Group of Institutions include:-
1. Class 10 & 12 Marksheets
2. Allotment letter for HSTES or JOSAA Counseling.
3. Proof of Identity:- A government-issued ID as an Aadhar card, voter ID, or passport.
4. Caste Certificate (if applicable): A Valid caste certificate application for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) has to be provided.
5. Domicile Certificate.
6. Passport size Pictures:- Generally, 2-4 recent passport-sized images are needed to fulfill the application form.
7. Transfer Certificate: From the last educational institution attended.

You need your 10th and 12th marksheets, transfer certificate, migration certificate, character certificate, passport-size photos, ID proof, caste certificate if applicable, and entrance exam scorecard. Check with the college for exact details identity should be legal not be illegal verified identity.

For admission to Ideal Institute of Technology, Vidyut Nagar, you need to provide your 10th and 12th mark sheets, conduct certificate, caste certificate if applicable, Aadhaar card, and Andhra Pradesh EAMCET rank card with hall ticket. Make sure to bring both originals and copies for verification. Check your document 2 times before submitting it. All information should be correct.
