The standard that is used for admission to the University College of Engineering, Thodupuzha differs from year to year depending on pass marks in KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) and the number of students who apply. In general, the opening is usually decided based on the popularity of the branch, in which an upper limit of 100-200 rank opens for general category students and for some courses it may be even lower. Perhaps for other branches, perhaps the cutoff is somewhat higher, but below the average. Candidates are therefore encouraged to review this year's particular cut-off trends for more accurate information.

Class 10th and 12th Marksheets
Entrance Exam Scorecard (KCET, COMEDK, or JEE Main)
TC (Transfer Certificate)
Migration Certificate (in case a candidate has taken transfer certificate from a previous college)
Character Certificate
Caste Certificate in case of applicants under the reserved category
Passport-sized Photograph
Aadhar Card
Domicile Certificate (whenever necessary)
Income Certificate in case of concession to the applicant regarding scholarships or fees.

B.E. / B.Tech application process at MGM's College of Engineering and Technology in Navi Mumbai can require the following documents:

Marksheets: SSC and HSC marksheets, or Diploma Final Year marksheet

Certificate: Caste Certificate, Caste Validity certificate, Non-creamy layer certificate, Gap certificate, Migration certificate, Certificate of physically handicapped, Certificate of domicile and nationality, and Equivalence certificate for OMS students.

The following paperwork is needed for the Dr. M.C. Saxena Group of Colleges (MCSGOC) in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, B.E. or B.Tech application process: 
obtaining a rank in the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) and passing the 10+2 exam with at least the necessary scores in the subjects chosen in combination with either biology and chemistry, biotechnology, biology, or mathematics. 

When filling open seats, the college also takes JEE-Mains rankings into account.
