Here are the documents you'll generally need to submit during the B.E./B.Tech application process at R.M.D. Engineering College (via TNEA and college verification):
Class 10 (SSLC) mark sheet & certificate (including HSC hall ticket)
Class 12 (HSC) mark sheet & certificate (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry)
transfer Certificate (TC) from the last institution attended
Migration Certificate (if transferring from another board).

During the B.E./B.Tech application process at JCET, you need to submit the following documents: SSLC certificate with marks, Higher Secondary mark sheet, Transfer Certificate, original Community Certificate, sports and extracurricular certificates (if applicable), Birth Certificate, Nativity Certificate, Conduct Certificate, Eligibility Certificate (for other state candidates), and four passport-size photos

The KK University's BTech application process is incomplete without submitting the scanned copies of the required documents. Later, these documents are physically verified at the time admission. The university has specified the following list of documents that are required during the process of BTech admission at KK University:
- Class 10 Mark sheet
- Class 12 Mark sheet
- School Leaving Certificate, Transfer Certificate or Migration Certificate
- Caste Certificate
- SEBC Certificate

For UG admission, you'll need originals + photocopies of:

JEE Main or MP-PET/MP BE scorecard and admit card
Transfer Certificate (TC) & Migration Certificate
Character Certificate

You'll need the following documents during B.E./B.Tech admission at Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology:
Admit card and scorecard of JEE? Main or MHT? CET, Class?10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates, transfer/leaving certificate, migration certificate (if from CBSE/ICSE/other boards), caste and non-creamy layer certificates (if applicable), domicile, income certificate, Aadhar copy, anti-ragging affidavit, plus passport? size photos and proof of residence.

To apply to the B.E. / B.Tech course in IES College of Technology the applicants will usually be required to give the 10 th and 12 th mark sheets and certificates, valid copy of the JEE Main scorecard, birth certificate, character certificate and migration certificate. As well, any other category certificates (in case of reserved categories) and photographs of passport size are mandatory. Such documents play a very important role in establishing academic eligibility, identity, and participating in the counselling process of MP BE.

Original and four attested photocopies of crucial documents namely 10th and 12th mark sheets, SSC/HSC passing certificate, CAP or entrance merit card, MHT CET (or JEE Main) scorecard, Aadhar, nationality and domicile certificates, HSC leaving certificate and caste or income related certificate (in case of any) have to be submitted by the applicants. The students who do not have the Maharashtra board may require additional documents such as migration or eligibility certificate.
