BTech IT will have more subjects on Hardware in comparison to BTech CS. As you want to make career in Hardware you may chose BTech IT or B Tech CS.

Ansal university is better than Jss and one more thing you are interested in noida then you can try in jaypee, galgotias etc. better than JSS.

Universities in Atlantic Canada are cheaper than others. You could consider that region. In case you could not still meet expenses then try for community colleges. These are smaller than universities but can provide you diploma courses in computers
