This is the ideal order any to differentiate a good university for B.Tech. My recommendation to you will be that apply for UPES, Dehradun, it excels in all the factors I've shared above plus provides a good learning environment for students

If you are looking forward for CSE branch, you must prefer Bangalore as it is the IT hub of India. You may get good job opportunities and great exposure there.
