It saves one year compared to starting from the first year. This option is popular among Diploma students. It is available at many AKTU-affiliated colleges in Lucknow.

The cutoff was released as the opening and closing ranks for admission to the BE/BTech, courses. The last-round closing ranks ranged between 30752.6 and 75094 for the General AI category students. The branch-wise cut off for two popular specializations of BTech is as follows:

Hi,
AKTU (Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University) is generally considered better for BTech degree because it's a dedicated technical university with numerous affiliated engineering colleges, offering many specialisations and industry focus than Lucknow University, which is a broader university with a newer BTech program, though LU's placements are improving.
