The competition to get admitted to B.Tech Biotechnology at College of Biotechnology, Mathura is moderate. Requirements include:

- 10+2 with 45 percentage marks in any stream (40 percentage for SC/ST).

- JEE Main/UPSEE rank

- Counseling participation

Statistics:

- Intake: 60 seats

- Application-to-seat ratio: 5:1

- Cut-off: JEE Main cutoffs of 60-80 percentile, UPSEE was ranked at between 100-150.

- Admission rate: 20-25%

- Eligible candidates: 80-100 per seat

According to google both the college's have approximately same rating of 4.2 & 4.1. But dear friend I have like to acknowledge you that GLA Mathura has a renowned fame, but on the other hand if you opt for NCR you are too nearer with new technologies.
