Candidates from Rural Areas	40%
OBC	29%
SC	15%
ST	6%
Other Reservations	9% Defense Personnel (CAP): 2% National Cadet Corps. (NCC): 1% Physically Challenged PH (Subject to Government Orders): 5% Visually Handicapped Hearing Impaired Orthopedically Handicapped Games & Sports: 0.5% Scouts and Guides: 0.5%

What should I pursue among M.Tech, IES and PSU after completing B.Tech in civil engineering?

If you cracked UPSC ESE then definitely join as IES. Or if you are preparing then give both GATE and UPSC ESE your first priority should be IES then any PSU job.

The scholarship to the engineering students at JKLU is available on the basis of their marks in class 12th and JEE exam performance. If in case you have not given JEE exam then there is nothing to worry. You can sit through the engineering exam conducted by JKLU. Depending upon your performance in entrance exam you will be awarded a scholarship.You should definitely apply for the admissions at JKLU as the admissions have started. You can fill the application form online which is available on the university website.
