B.tech in agriculture is a good option if we see it from research side.
but for that you need to take admission in a reputed and good University like

Hi Akshay,
Why would you like to go for UG courses all over again when you have already completed your B.Tec? In case you had low grades in your B.Tec, I suggest you try universities that may offer lateral entry in 3rd or 4th year of UG studies based on your UG grades. Hope this helps.

MS is the only degree you can opt for after B.Tech if you wish to study abroad and the stream is dependent on your interest but since you have a B.Tech in mechanical, it would be better if you opt for MS in automation, robotics or mechanical

In India, MS is not as good and M.Tech/MBA depends on your interest. You can go for M.Tech, if you want to remain in technical field otherwise you can go for MBA, if you want to be in management.
