Hi Nashik, you can take these tests while studying also or even after B.Tech. You must make sure to take the tests before the admission process, so that you can apply on time by the deadlines.

First, go for higher studies, do Masters and then get a good job better than the one you might get now. After doing B Tech, if the job offer (if you have) is attractive and can facilitate higher studies as well, then doing a job and then doing a Masters as required by the growth opportunities, would be better. It is better for a B.Tech graduate to grab Higher Education from a reputed place so that the expansion of skills and knowledge is able to get a good career.

I never heard that any student get any international placement after B.Tech in CSE. But, yes many students go abroad after clearing GRE or GMAT exam for further studies. The highest domestic package offered was around INR. 17 LPA (but not sure for which specialization) and the average domestic package was around INR. 4 LPA - INR. 5 LPA.

See it never depends on the university that offers packages. It depends on you what knowledge you have and how you perform well in the interview. While good universities in which company offers good packages are IIT Bombay, IIIT Hyderabad, IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, Bits, SRM and many more just prepare well, have a good knowledge about your field, build good resume and perform well in Interview for good packages.
