You can do so if you have an urge of entering into the corporate world. But doing MBA will totally lead you to whole new world of management besides of technical world. If you are in love with your technical field then, doing anything in your technical field you can achieve more what you seeking by doing MBA.
Do what you really want to do. If you really want to go into the management field then you must go but think once why have you done engineering if you really want to do management then. Think twice before act. You one decision can change your whole life.

I feel you are thinking in right direction. As per the report by Ministry of HRD, more than 50% of fresh engineering graduates remain jobless. In such scenario, you must opt for pharma since you have a medical shop also.

Eligibility for Master of Science [M.Sc] (Mathematics)
The eligibility criteria for this course in colleges like Christ University-Bangalore, St Stephen's College-New Delhi, Loyola College-Chennai and Mount Carmel College-Bangalore is graduation in any discipline with Mathematics and English as the main subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Placements record is good. Average package is Rs 5 to Rs 7 lakhs. Highest packages are always misleading so don't give any attention to them.
