I feel you are thinking in right direction. As per the report by Ministry of HRD, more than 50% of fresh engineering graduates remain jobless. In such scenario, you must opt for pharma since you have a medical shop also.

Unfortunately, rules of migration or about changing college or/and University are quite tough. Practically it's not possible.

IGNOU offers many courses in psychology. I suggest you download the application form cum brochure, go through in detail about different eligibility conditions and then decide which course you want to pursue.

The eligibility criteria for this course in colleges like Christ University-Bangalore, St Stephen's College-New Delhi, Loyola College-Chennai and Mount Carmel College-Bangalore is graduation in any discipline with Mathematics and English as the main subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
