No, it's not possible to get admission to Bachelor's in Technology BTech Computer Science Engineering branch in DCRUST or YMCA Faridabad with this rank, because these colleges have competitive ranks and high cutoffs also Computer Science Engineering branch is very demanding and high cutoff branch. You can expect any other colleges which offers B.Tech at Computer Science Engineering or any other low cutoff branches like Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering and Electrical engineering in other colleges to pursue Btech.

The fee for B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science varies depending on the college. In reputed private institutes like SRM, VIT, or Amrita University, the annual tuition fee ranges from two Lacs to three Lacs rupees, excluding hostel charges. Government or state-funded universities may offer the same programme for fifty thousand to one Lacs rupees annually. This branch is highly in demand due to its focus on AI, machine learning, and data-driven technologies with excellent placement prospects.

The All India Rank (AIR) cutoff for B.Tech in CSE varies by college and category. For top NITs or IIITs, the CSE cutoff for general category usually closes around 10,000 to 20,000 AIR. For decent private colleges, it can go much higher, even up to 2.5–3 lakh AIR. Exact cutoffs depend on the college, quota, and competition each year.

IISER Bhopal isn't the place for a typical B.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical. They're more into pure sciences and research stuff. You'll find BS-MS dual degrees, a BS in Engineering Sciences, and integrated PhD programs there—not the regular engineering tracks. If you're aiming for a classic B.Tech in CS or EE, better stick to IITs, NITs, IIITs, or solid private colleges.
