Candidates scoring over 90 percentile in JEE Main are eligible for a scholarship of up to 100% while during the first year of BTech at Amity University, Ranchi. No, there is no direct admission to BTech in NIELIT Aurangabad. You must qualify the JEE Main exam and go through JoSAA/CSAB counselling. Admissions are based on merit alone. There is no management quota or direct seat allocation.

Yes, a B.Tech in Bioinformatics is available in Hyderabad. Both IIT Hyderabad and Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology & Research offer this program. IIT Hyderabad offers a 4-year B.Tech in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics. Vignan's Foundation also offers a B.Tech in Bioinformatics.

If I talk about BHU, there is no course like B.Tech.

For B.Tech you have to appear in JEE Mains and Advance both. All specializations are available for B.Tech at BHU.
