Almost all of the colleges offering the B Tech Marine Engineering course release the application forms in the online mode with prior information in advance and enough time for everybody to fill out the form from the comfort of their homes, without having to commute to the college. You need to upload the scanned copy of all the important docs and submit the application fee to complete the procedure.
Having said that, a few colleges might still follow the old pattern of offline form filling, so you must confirm by visiting the website of your desired colleges to be on the safer side.
