Your choice should be course-specific and not marks specific , if you want to be engineer take a drop prepare for JEE again and get into an IIT and if you want to pursue B.Sc join DU.

If you have not completed B.Tech, its recommended that you pursue technical course while pursuing B.Tech because doing these courses after B.Tech will consume your time. After B.Tech you must try for a good job.
