Yes, going for a Master's is a good idea after BA (Hons.) Political Science with Entrepreneurship. If you aim for research, public policy, or academics, choose Political Science/IR. If you want business or startups, an MBA or Entrepreneurship programme will suit you better.

For CUET (Common University Entrance Test), some top universities for Economics (Hons) and Political Science (Hons) include Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, and Jawaharlal Nehru University. A good subject combination for these courses would typically include a language (from List A), Mathematics or Applied Mathematics, and any two other subjects, with at least one from List B1 according to the NTA.

With a CUET score of 224/800, your chances for admission to Delhi University (DU) for programs like B.A. (Hons) English, Political Science, or B.A. LL.B. may be limited, especially for more competitive colleges. However, you may still have opportunities in less competitive colleges or campuses within DU. Based on past trends, colleges with relatively lower cutoffs, like Zakir Husain College or Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, could be potential options, particularly for Political Science. For courses like B.A. (Hons) English, the cutoffs tend to be higher, especially in North Campus colleges.
