Yes, a Commerce student or a student from any stream in Class 12 can apply for a BA Political Science course. The students need to basically have secured at least 50% marks. A Civil Servant or Public Servant is an officer who works for the Government of India. You can become a civil servant after completing BA Political Science course by appearing for UPSC CSE exam.
