It depends on the merit list of the course and if more people have floated the seat. Then only you might get the chance for admission.

Once you take admission in a particular course, you can ask your seniors to give the papers of last year. The faculty is not responsible for storing the papers. But you can ask them if they have and take from them.

The cultural events are celebrated in two ways -

Usually the staff and faculty conduct seminars that are held for a week and have the opening and ending ceremonies through cultural events and also have set up for refreshments.

The second way is where the students of some or the other departments choose to organise a programme by themselves for the whole university for within their departments. Such events can be done on Holi, diwali, navratri dandiya night etc.

There's a chance for re-examinations for students who fail in any of the exams. Sometimes students who are unable to study due to problem of their life are given chance to redo the efforts.

A re-examination is done after consulting with students. Either they give the exams within a few days or can give the exam with next semester students with different syllabus.
