I've got 94 rank in result declaration but after my merit rank got announced, my name came on the waiting list at 34, what does that mean?

Fees and Scholarship:
Average Fee of B.Tech program at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University is Rs. 4, 61,000 for four years.
However, for SC/St category who get admission in zero fees scheme have to pay just Rs. 850 to Rs. 1000 per semester only.
The scholarship is also provided by UP Scholarship sche

For admission in BA(Hons.) in public administration, you need to have passed 12th with 50%. An entrance test is conducted by the university for admission. The final admission is through counseling based on the marks obtained in the entrance test.
