In India only few universities offer undergraduate courses in Astronomy. Most students start with a BSc in Physics and specialize in Astronomy at the postgraduate level. You may have difficulty entering the BVSc and AH programs in West Bengal on a NEET score of 199. The cutoff marks for such courses usually range from 300 to 550.
