To find your APAAR ID, check the "Issued Documents" section of your DigiLocker account. If it is not there you can ask your school administration since many institutions are registering students as part of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
While the APAAR ID is not yet mandatory for CUET UG registration, it is encouraged for tracking academic records. Candidates who wish to generate their APAAR ID can apply for the same through their school.

The admission process for Rangaraya Medical College through NEET UG depends on the rank position (36,000) together with your category and state quota requirements.
