No, in general, you can not get a free seat in the BHMS course with a 309 score in NEET UG. You need to have a higher score to secure a free seat at any institution. But, since you belong to the EWS category, you can get a concession in fees. It also depends on the institution in which you want to get admitted. You are advised to contact the administration department of the same.

You do not need to be worry about that. It happens sometimes due to the auto capitalization of phone or may be because mistake while filling the form manually. However, email id is case-insensitive. That means that whether the letter is uppercase or lowercase, it will not affect the form. You just need to check that rest email is filled correctly.
