Pondicherry University accepts CUET UG scores for admission to its undergraduate courses. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the CUET 2025 exam date on its official website. Following the release of the brochure, the NTA will also announce the date for the CUET 2025 results. The CUET UG results are tentatively expected to be released in the last week of July. Students are advised to regularly visit the official CUET website for updates.

Eligibility and Admission Process for UG courses: The students who have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics securing at least 50% aggregate mark are eligible for B.Tech / B.E. courses in GCT. Candidates seeking admission for B.Tech/ B.E. courses in Tamil Nadu Engineering colleges can apply through TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions).
Ranking is done based on Marks in Class 12.
Eligibility for PG (M.Tech/M.S.): candidates must have an undergraduate degree in a relevant area of study with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Admission is through the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) or GATE scores.

Admission to GMRIT: To get admission into UG programs like B.Tech, candidates must qualify for Andhra Pradesh EAMCET and have to meet 10+2 qualifications in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, scoring at least 45% (40% marks respectively for all reserved categories). Valid Score of GATE/PGECET in PG Courses like M.Tech, from a bachelor's degree with relevant discipline and at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). Admissions are governed by entrance exam scores, followed by counseling and seat allocation by the respective authorities.
