It is difficult to mention any good score in CUET UG as the cut off depend up on several factors. It is very important to consider the difficulty and popularity of the specific programme you're applying for.

However, in general, the score of 700 and above in your CUET UG is considered as a very good score and to secure your seat in various top colleges. Whereas, scoring below 500 can limit your options to some extent.
