Yes, international students can apply to the University of Vaasa before graduating from their undergraduate degree/while pursuing their bachelor's degree. In order to seek admission in Vaasa University, applicants will have to submit an officially certified copy of their the latest transcript of records and all the other documents they possess, during the time of applications. If the candidate meets the University of Vaasa admission criteria, they will be conditionally accepted pending graduation. Applicants must be mindful of the fact that they must submit their degree certificate and final transcript of records to Vaasa University by July 11, 2024.
