St. Xavier College has a 3 year (FT) B.Sc. Microbiology degree which has 30 seats. In case of 2025 admissions, a candidate must pass 10+2. It is mainly on merit (Class 12th exam marks) that one is admitted. The B.Sc. Microbiology course does not require some special entrance exam. The total course costs have been approximated at about 42193 rupees. The official college page, xaviers.ac, is to be monitored to know the precise dates of application and declarations of the merit list, because it is released later than the declaration of board results.

If you're looking for a Fashion Design degree from Netaji Subhash Open University (Kolkata), here's the catch - it doesn't offer a full bachelor's in fashion. You'll find certificate/diploma courses in tailoring and design, but that's it. If you're looking for a proper 3-year Fashion Designing UG degree, check out Netaji Subhas University (Jamshedpur), completely different place, private uni, same-sounding name. Classic confusion.
