Students must check the minimum eligibility and selection criteria for the UG Course they are applying for. After ensuring that he/she meets both the requirements, applicant must open the official portal of the university. After selecting the department, student must click on the university affiliated college where he/she is seeking admission. Herein, under the 'Downloads' section, the application form is available for downloading.  After filling the downloaded form, students must pay the application fee online. Finally, the filled application form with relevant documents and the receipt of the application fee must be submitted at the admissions office of the college.

To be considered for the Birmingham City University admissions, international students are required to meet some minimum academic qualifications, which are mentioned below: 

For Undergraduate Courses:

• Completion of a high school education or equivalent qualification.

• Specific requirement example: A level or equivalent with BBC grades or 112 UCAS tariff points from a maximum of 3 subjects.

• IELTS score of 6.0 overall with no band below 5.5.

• Additional requirements may vary by course, including optional SAT/ACT scores or writing samples for some programs.

For Postgraduate Courses:

• A bachelor's degree (usually a 3 or 4-year degree) from a recognised institution.

• The minimum requirement is generally a 2:2 honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area.

• IELTS score of 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each band.

• Some courses may require additional documents like GMAT/GRE scores, CV, letters of recommendation, and a personal statement
