You're right—Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM) Balasore does not offer direct admission. Admission is based on merit, and candidates must appear for the Centurion University Entrance Examination (CUEE). After taking the exam, candidates go through counseling and document verification. Provisional admission is possible after paying the minimum fee, either online or through cash/DD at the university campus.
