Common knowledge would suggest that a BDS is better. But with recent growth of awareness in ayurveda, BAMS, which is usually looked down upon, is an equally good option.
Every option can be right for you if you have the right aptitude and temperament for it.

BHMS, BAMS both come under the category of alternative medicine.
Homeopathy is the world's second largest used treatment measure. And Ayurveda our ancient science.
Both follow natural treatment procedures.
Currently, homeopathy is more used and this is why I would suggest you it is better.
