Yes you have scored well and can try in BAMS at this score. Hope you may get one. But also you will be getting MBBS in private colleges.

In terms of BAMS, you qualify as an Ayurvedic doctor. Of course pursuing an MD or MS in Ayurveda is there already. But you cannot pursue any other specialization that a MBBS student can opt for. An MBBS student can practice as a general physician, someone dealing with minor ailments like cough, cold, bruises etc. So you can go for MBBS.

For admission into BAMS in government medical college through State Quota counselling your score should be more than 350 for general category. Below this score your chances are average.
