It is really tough to directly comment any institute best or not or answer which is the best institute in a city or country , especially for domains like animation and VFX or gaming where many institutes offer many types of courses for different duration for the almost all the same pipeline .
We need to see the content of the course , duration, cost , infra, earlier students outputs and skill developed , in-time course completion record , certification process & delivery of certificate in time etc.
Also Same Brand has different centers and branches and fortunately/unfortunately all does not perform the same . Some centers are doing great some not, in vary place to place centers to centers and also on the local management & team.
So its always good to visit the institute personally, speak to them, see the track record and then decide if its up to the mark as per your requirement.

Garden City College is a co-educational college affiliated with Bangalore University, in Bangalore, Karnataka, India It offers undergraduate and post-graduate courses in management and commerce, media, hospitality and tourism, fashion, paramedical studies, life sciences and information technology. It was established in 1992 and was founded by Joseph V.G, the honorary consul of the Maldives in Bangalore].
The paramedical courses are affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. The college is accredited by the [National Assessment and Accreditation Council.
The college has two campuses, Garden City College of Science and Management Studies and Centre for Higher Learning. The college has 8 hostels which accommodate around 2000 students, covering a total area of 40 acres.
In February 2013, the State Government of Karnataka passed the Garden City University Bill allowing the group to function as a University.
