Becoming a pilot and becoming an aeronautical engineer are two entirely different career fields, change over from one to another is not possible. To become pilot, you need to obtain Commercial Pilot license (CPL) or join Indian Air Force. Both can be done after completing 12th with Mathematics, Physics and English as subjects. CPL is granted after completing SPL and PPL and 250 hours of solo flying and requires investment in the range of Rs. 50 Lac. There are many Flying training schools in almost all the states to accomplish this. To join IAF as pilot, you need to qualify NDA exam and pilot aptitude test. If you succeed then your entire training will be free of cost and you can become an officer in IAF.
To become an Aeronautical Engineer, one can pursue Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Computer science branches of engineering from any AICTE recognized engineering college. Then you can apply in IAF, Airport authority of India or DGCA.

There are several careers in media in writing, production or post production. You can become a reporter, actor or getting behind the camera to direct, cinematograph or do finishing work as an editor, compositor or a VFX artist who can add reality to 3D visualizations. You may even be a graphic artist who designs the screens, or an animator who brings stories to life as a proxy actor for onscreen characters.
You can get into production, whether live or animated. You can be a story writer who writes for live and animated screens or even roll the story into a video/ pc game. You can be a script writer who would stop at nothing to give wonderful scene setups to bring the story to life. You could be an artist who designs characters or who storyboards the film for live or animated performance. You can also double up as a voice over artist who gives his/ her voice to the characters or dub for movie stars, or even be a radio star.
You can alternatively look at web for a web of careers in web design, online marketing, search engine optimization, content writing, social media promoting. Any extra skill can be used in this. So it turns out to be one of the most challenging as well as satisfying careers. Sure not recommended for the weak hearted. Do remember that digital design careers (e.g. web design, graphics, UI design, animation, VFX, multimedia) give better profits since they can be delivered anywhere in the world & hence may earn in dollars - resulting in better rewards for designers. Some people are passionate about acting - they must understand that acting cannot provide jobs since this is an assignment based industry and one must fit the role. So, it could be better to enter this industry after acquiring a technical skill.

NMIMS Bangalore is comparatively new while it carries the branding of NMIMS Mumbai.
While GIM is a standalone Bschool ranked amongst the top 20 bschools in India and is consistently moving up the ranks. I myself had a few options including NMIMS, GIM, TAPMI, etc but I chose to consider GIM because of the level of involvement of students in the functioning of the college, availability of student investment fund and dedicated societies and clubs for all streams.
