GIBS Business School in Bangalore has mainly three flagship programs namely: PGDM, MBA, and BBA. The focus of all three programs is to provide practical education and prepare students for careers in business.

1. PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management)
This is a two-year postgraduate programme with dual specializations.

Focus of Curriculum: Development of leadership and management capabilities based on industry needs; emphasis is placed on the development of creative thinking and new ideas through programs such as PGPIRE and CPMP, along with corporate projects that provide practical experience.

2. MBA (Master of Business Administration)
An MBA is a postgraduate programme similar to PGDM but offers students a greater variety of specializations.

Focus of Curriculum: Development of advanced knowledge of business and management, strategic management skills, as well as preparation for leadership responsibilities in the modern business environment.

3. BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
This is a three-year undergraduate programme that is affiliated with Bangalore University.

Focus of Curriculum: Knowledge of basic business principles and concepts; hands-on experience in applying the knowledge gained in real-world situations and exposure to a wide range of different industries; prepares students for further studies at the graduate or post-graduate level.
