For admission to BA LLB programme at RV University Bangalore, candidates must have completed Class 12th from a recognised board of education. The minimum required percentage in Class 12th is 45% in aggregate. Apart from this, the university also accepts few entrance exam scores for admission to BA LLB programme. The accepted entrance exams are RVSAT/ CLAT/ LSAT India. After qaulifying the exam, counselling is conducted then the candidates have to appear for personal interview at the university campus for final admission.

The college has not released the separate placement report for BBA. However, the overall placement data for UG (3-year) courses is out. The median package offered to UG (3-year) students during 2022 placements was INR 4.80 LPA. Over the past three years (2020 to 2022), a fluctuating trend was observed in the median package. The university conducts RVSAT for providing admission to MA course. The shortlisted candidates are further called for PI round. After completion of the selection rounds, the university releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.
