I genuinely felt that faculty at GIBS don't limit themselves to just teaching the syllabus. They're very involved when it comes to research, entrepreneurship, or even if someone wants to try a startup idea. Because of things like IRE (Innovation, Research & Entrepreneurship) and the whole incubation setup at campus, you actually see professors helping students build prototypes, pitch ideas, and even refine business plans. One of my friends worked on a research paper with a faculty member, and another team tried a small startup concept during our semester and got proper mentorship, not just theory.

No, you generally cannot pursue a full-time BTech degree and a Diploma at the same time as they often conflict with attendance requirements, but you can do a BTech via lateral entry like joining 2nd year after Diploma in another college or pursue a part-time or online BTech alongside a Diploma to gain both degrees. The most common path is finishing the Diploma first, then using lateral entry for B.Tech in Bangalore colleges.
