In 2024  Seshadripuram Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) Ranked 91st out of 200 MBA programs. The MBA programme at SIMS was ranked 254th out of 281 Indian colleges by India Today in 2022. The Commerce programme at SIMS was ranked 216th out of 225 colleges in India in 2023 by India Today. In India and the state, SIMS is regarded as one of the best colleges for commerce and management. It was founded in 2001 and has a stellar reputation for management education.

The 2023 Karnataka PGCET cutoff for the General Category at SIMS, Bangalore is 18,484 rank. The cutoff for Round 2 MBA is 23,131 for the General AIl category, while for Round 1, the cutoff was 16,627. 

A score of 70–79 in the PGCET 2023 falls in the 1,001–1,400 range. A score of 20–35 can fetch you a rank above 2,000. which may allow you to get admission into some decent colleges.

Yes, candidates need to pass Class 12 or equivalent exam with at least 70% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ ST/ PwD) to apply for City College Bangalore BBA course. Students with extra ordinary skills in specific fields like sports, music, theatre etc. would be given a special quota
